In My Hero Academia, the conclusion involving Edgeshot pierced Bakugo right to the core. While Mirko, Lemillion, and Best Jeanist strive to delay Shigaraki, Edgeshot does his best to bring Bakugo back to life. My Hero Academia Chapter 366 introduces a new form of horror as Shigaraki, with nothing to lose, unleashes it.

Conclusion to My Hero Academia Chapter 365

At the outset of this chapter, the manga’s narrator highlights Edgeshot’s peculiarity. Edgeshot can flatten and stretch his body anyway he wants thanks to his foldabody power.

His body has been trained for endless years to stretch while remaining tight, preventing blood loss. His skin is like a spiderweb, and he has very little of it.

Edgeshot can disinfect Bakugo’s body with the bubble that Wash has given him.

Edgeshot has now opted to enter Bakugo’s body, therefore he has shrunk his own to suture-thin proportions.

The fact that Bakugo was able to stretch his body to such an extent suggests that Best Jeanist was unable to stop the bleeding from his heart despite his best attempts. The damage to his lungs and heart is so serious that he may not make it.

However, Edgeshot is confident that he can help Bakugo’s cardiopulmonary functions and so repair Bakugo’s organ from the inside out.

Bakugo’s body will feel like it’s giving chest compressions. Since Shigaraki’s wounds are now bleeding, Edgeshot urges Best Jeanist and Mirko to keep battling. He wants it all back, too.

As he tries to stir Bakugo and wake him up, Edgeshot feels his own life ebbing away. Edgeshot was not able to revert to his normal self under pressure.

Shigaraki, meantime, takes a look at Bakugo’s corpse and asks what the big deal is. All of Bakugo’s people have been killed by him.

When Shigaraki looks around, he becomes infuriated. In retrospect, he realises that he has always wanted to wipe the slate clean because of an itch that never goes away.

Without giving Shigaraki a chance to react, Mirko stepped in and kicked him. With a roar of wrath, Shigaraki tore off one of Mirko’s arms with one of his hand-mouths.

He questioned Mirko’s willingness to sacrifice herself by challenging him. However, Mirko kicked Shigaraki again, tearing her arm in the process.

The confusion has spread to Shigaraki. For a brief moment, his vision blurred as a result of Mirko’s assault. He had no idea why his body couldn’t feel pain; that was all he’d ever known.

After thinking about Bakugo’s previous attack, he begins to doubt its effectiveness. Did the cumulative effect of their attack worry him, or did he perceive Bakugo’s strength as a threat?

Best Jeanist rigged up some wires to hold Mirko aloft so she could be close to Shigaraki. Her wild and savage appearance is only heightened as Mirko, armed only with one leg, advances on her.

When Lemillion emerged from the mass of hands and made an attempt to do the same, Shigaraki’s vision blurred. That causes Shigaraki to change his strategy and go after a different target.

Meanwhile, Mirko is sprinting as hard as she can to catch Shigaraki off guard.

As he cries, “People die when it is their time!” Mirko insists that all bets are off and that all-out assault is the only way out. Edgeshot’s final words to her were etched in her memory as well.

If this conflict ends in her death, Mirko wants to be free of remorse. In a last-ditch effort to damage Shigaraki, Mirko unleashes her Luna Rush strike.

As Shigaraki hits the floor, he finally starts to understand the heroes’ perspective. Shigaraki couldn’t fathom how the heroes could help someone as needy as Bakugo.

Everyone feigned not to recognise Shigaraki, in contrast to Bakugo, who had a helping hand extended to him at every turn. There was nobody around to aid him. As a result, he was completely disregarded.

With only a few pages left in the chapter, Shigaraki has already released a new power that threatens the heroes in the form of his own relatives hidden among the sea of fingers and hands.
