Trafalgar Law is both the doctor and the captain of the Heart’s Pirates. Being voiced by Hiroshi Kamiya makes him one of the most awesome characters in the programme (who is the VA for the famous Levi from AOT). That was more than enough to attract a significant following to Law when he appeared. And after joining forces with the Straw Hat Pirates, his popularity skyrocketed.
Law continues to this day to draw millions of admirers with his abilities from the Ope Ope no Mi demon fruit. He is the fourth most popular character in One Piece and is referred to as the “Surgeon of Death.”
